REFUND POLICY

In case of a failed transaction or duplicate payment, you may request a refund within 3 business days of payment.

Refund requests must be submitted on email with your payment details and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, directly to your registered account.

Refunds are not available:

Once loan processing or service has started, utilised, or fully delivered.
If required documents are missing or incomplete.
For market-based dissatisfaction or change of mind after service start.
